Loyalty & stamp cards
Loyalty programs reward regulars and give customers a reason to come back to you rather than shop around. You set the rules; the system tracks each customer's progress automatically.
Two kinds of program
You can run either style — or both:
- Visit-based (a stamp card) — customers earn a stamp per visit and get a reward once they reach a set number. Think "collect stamps, get a treat."
- Points-based — customers earn points as they spend, and redeem them later.
Create a program
- Select Add program.
- Give it a name and choose the type (visit-based or points-based).
- Set how it's earned — the number of visits for a stamp card, or the earn rate for points.
- Choose the reward: a free service, or a discount (a percentage or a fixed amount).
- Save, and set it Active when you're ready.
How it works day to day
- Progress is tracked per customer automatically as they visit and pay — nobody has to keep a paper card.
- Your staff can see a customer's loyalty status to advise them at the counter ("one more visit and this one's on us").
- Customers can see their own progress on your public booking page, which nudges them to come back and claim their reward.
A simple stamp card is often the easiest place to start — it's familiar to customers and quick to explain.
