Web vs mobile
The app and the web admin area share the same salon and the same data — a booking you take on the phone is instantly on the computer too. They're built for different moments, though, so a few things live in one place and not the other.
Best on a computer
Some jobs are simply easier on a bigger screen, and a couple live there only:
- Setting your salon up — the initial setup wizard runs on the web.
- Deeper settings and full reports — comfortable to read and edit with a keyboard and a wide screen.
- Managing your customer list as a dedicated page.
Best on the phone
The app shines for hands-on, at-the-counter work:
- QR check-in — scan a customer's booking to pull it up instantly.
- Picking up jobs — grab unassigned work the moment you're free.
- Taking payments and checking customers in on the move.
- Push notifications — know the moment a new booking comes in.
A good way to work
Most salons set up and fine-tune on a computer, then run the day from the app. You can switch between the two whenever it suits — it's all the same salon, always in sync.
On the phone, you'll also reach the customer list and other details from inside a booking rather than as a separate page — everything's still there, just arranged for a smaller screen.
