Settings
Settings is the control room for your salon. It's organised into tabs, grouped by what they affect — your identity, how bookings work, money and compliance, your account, and communication. What you set here is applied everywhere: the calendar, your public booking page, and the app all follow these rules.
Your salon's identity
How your salon shows up to customers.
- General — your salon name and contact details.
- Branding — your logo, cover image and colours, so your booking page looks like you.
- Location — your address, used on your booking page and for directions.
- Documents — files and legal documents tied to your salon.
- Website — connect your own custom domain and get an embed to put booking straight onto your existing website.
How bookings work
The rules the booking engine follows.
- Business hours — your opening hours for each day, plus a temporary close for holidays or one-off closures. Nothing can be booked when you're closed.
- Booking policy — how bookings behave: whether they auto-confirm, how much notice you need for cancellations, and whether you take deposits. These are your rules — set the numbers to match how you like to run things.
Money & compliance
Getting paid and staying on the right side of the taxman.
- Payment — connect a payment provider so you can take card and online payments and deposits. Without it you can still run cash-only.
- Legal & tax — your legal business name, organisation number and VAT details, needed for official invoices.
- Accounting — connect your accounting software so sales flow through automatically at the end of each day.
Your account
- Subscription — your plan, billing, and how many free-trial days remain.
Communication
- Notifications — the messages that go out to customers and staff (booking confirmations, reminders, and so on).
You don't have to set everything at once. The two things that must be right to take bookings — your salon info and business hours — are handled during setup; the rest you can fine-tune here whenever you're ready.
